You can browse through the website without giving us any personal information about yourself. However, if you email the school via the website, some of the information that you submit may be personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you, such as your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and so on).
Some areas of this site may require you to submit information in order for you to benefit from the specified features (e.g. a newsletter subscription) or participate in a particular activity (such as a poll or other questionnaire).
If you choose to sign up to the school mailing list, you will be required to provide some personal information, which is collected via the online sign-up form. The information supplied on this form is automatically uploaded onto a school database that holds details of parents of pupils at the school who have requested to receive information electronically. The purpose of the information is to enable us to send you news relevant to your daughter’s school year. The data is only used by the school administrators, and is not divulged to any third party outside the school, in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
Although we retain records, you can choose not to receive further mailings and unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking on the link at the top of any of the emails sent to you.
Our website does not currently track access via the IP of the computer viewing the site, together with information on the web browser being used on that computer and a record of the pages visited on the site. Depending on changes to UK legislation, it may do so in the future. It does not however, collect any personal information.
Changes to the policy
This policy may be amended from time to time. Any changes which affect the way that we collect or use your personal information will be updated on this site. Please check this page for updates periodically, especially before you provide any personally identifiable information.
